Lagos — As the banking sector reform which started mid last year, takes a new shape with the Central bank of Nigeria pegging the maximum tenure a bank managing director/ Chief Executive Officer (CEOs) can serve at 10 years, analysts said the policy may not bring a lasting solution to the issue of poor governance.
