Nigeria interbank rates hit year-high on outflows
LAGOS, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Nigerian interbank lending rates
spiked to 11.75 percent on average this week, the highest level
in a year, from 9.25 percent last week as large cash outflows
drained liquidity in the system, traders said.
