Nigeria interbank rates rise on naira cash shortage

LAGOS, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Nigerian interbank lending rates inched up to an average of 9.66 percent in the week to Friday from 8.0 percent last week as market liquidity declined on forex purchases and cash recall by state-run energy firm NNPC.
