Nigeria's Lagos plans 60 bln naira bond issuance
LAGOS, Feb 1 (Reuters) - Nigeria's Lagos state plans to
raise 60 billion naira ($395 million) under its bond issuance
programme in 2011, up marginally from 57 billion naira in 2010,
a senior government official said on Tuesday.
