Nigeria's Springbank swings to 9-month profit

LAGOS, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Nigeria's Spring Bank said on Monday it had swung to a 3.35 billion naira ($22.25 million) pre-tax profit in the nine months to September from a 28.58 billion naira loss in the same period a year ago.
