LAGOS, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Nigeria plans to sell 47.65
billion naira ($313 mln) in 91-day and 182-day treasury bills
next Wednesday as part of measures to curb inflation and help
banks manage their liquidity, the central bank said on Thursday.
