2011: ACN expresses concern over election date
The Action Congress of Nigeria ( ACN) on Tuesday expressed concern over the
January timing of the 2011 general elections and suggested a shift of the polls
to April.
Lai Mohammed, the ACN National Publicity Secretary, who expressed this worry
when he led a delegation of party officials to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN),
said the party was voicing its concern now because it wanted to assist INEC
provide a level playing ground for all stakeholders.
