LAGOS, April 29 (Reuters) - Nigeria's Access Bank said on Thursday its pre-tax profit rose to 5.2 billion naira ($35 million) for the first three months of the year, while turnover rose to 27.8 billion naira. The bank, which is switching its financial year to the calendar year, said it made a pre-tax loss of of 3.5 billion naira for the preceding nine months to December.
