A permanent secretary, who retired from the Federal bureaucracy, Dr Adegoke Adegoroye, at the weekend, has called for a radical overhauling of the Presidency for effective service delivery.
Adegoroye, who retired on Friday as Permanent Secretary of the FCT, was celebrated by the authorities and colleagues at the Banguet Hall of the Transcorp Hilton hotel, Abuja.
