Amnesty International names CAR war crime suspects

Amnesty International has identified those it believes are responsible for atrocities recently committed in the Central African Republic, BBC reports. Several leaders from rebels and militia groups, as well as former Presidents Francois Bozize and Michel Djotodia, are named by the rights group.
