TWO of the suspects standing trial before a Chief Magistrate Court, in Wuse, Abuja, over illegal arms importation went home freed men yesterday.
Chief Magistrate Hafsat Soso freed the suspects after the Federal Government withdrew the charges against them.
Aliyu Oroji Wammakko, the chairman of the clearing agency that cleared the arms and one other suspect, Umar Tukur, were also freed after the government said it had no case against them.
