Court okays witness testimony in Bayelsa’s alleged N2b fraud

A Federal High Court in Abuja yesterday ruled that the testimony of the principal prosecution witness, in the on going suit instituted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC against four Bayelsa state officials was admissible in law and valid.
