An Osogbo High Court yesterday nullified the nomination, selection, appointment and installation of the Ataoja of Osogbo land, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun, Larooye II.
Justice Yinka Aderibigbe in his ruling said that “all the processes leading to the nomination of Jimoh Olanipekun to fill the vacant stool of the Ataoja of Osogbo through the Larooye Royal House of Osogbo land during the pending of the suit and the motion for interlocutory injunction is hereby set aside”.
