THE last is yet to be heard about the controversial N20 billion the former Acting Governor of Delta State, Prince Sam Obi, reportedly accessed within the few days he was in the saddle before the governorship rerun election in the state was held.
A three-man panel said to have been set up by Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan to probe the matter has allegedly indicted Obi.
He has been directed to refund N6 billion, or risk facing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
