FORMER Minister of Finance and member of Northern Elders Forum (NEF) Mallam Adamu Ciroma, has cautioned the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against fielding President Goodluck Jonathan as its presidential candidate in the 2011 election, saying it will negate what he called zoning policy of the party that ceded the presidency to the North.
