IN keeping with its promise, the Federal Government has begun non-violence transformation training for repentant militants at the Post-Amnesty Camp in Obubra, Cross River State.
The Guardian learnt yesterday that after the non-violence transformation training, there will also be business training which is expected to result in the granting of initial business capitals to interested former militants.
