Ijaw Congress president shot in Port Harcourt

  The President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC), Dr. Atuboyedia Obianime, was on Monday night, shot in Port Harcourt. Obianime, a lecturer at the University of Port Harcourt, was driving on the Rumuokoro Roundabout, in the outskirt of Port Harcourt, when the gunmen, suspected to be kidnappers, attacked him, shooting him in the thigh.
