Niger Delta: John Togo vows to resume attack in seven days

Joe Ogbodu, Warri THE relative peace in parts of the Niger Delta may soon be shattered. The militant group, controlled by the evasive ‘warlord’, John Togo, christened the Niger Delta Liberation Force (NDLF), yesterday called off its ceasefire and threatened to launch a sporadic attack on oil facilities in the region within seven days.
