Police ?Kill at Will? in Nigeria, Says New Amnesty International Report (Amnesty International)

Police in Nigeria are getting away with shocking levels of brutality and unlawful killings of civilians, largely because the law allows them to shoot suspects at will, which officers abuse to justify, commit and cover-up murder, Amnesty International said in a new report issued today.
