THE National Judicial Council (NJC) last night said that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Aloysius Katsina-Alu, did no wrong in recommending the Court of Appeal President, Justice Isa Ayo Salami, for elevation to the Supreme Court.
The Council said the the CJN, as Chairman of the Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC), committed no error by acting on the Commission’s recommendation for appointments of four Justices of the Appeal Court, including Salami to the Supreme Court.
