Riverine communities seek extension of voters registration
As the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) yesterday drew the curtains on the voters’ registration exercise, residents of riverine communities asked for its further extension by two weeks.
There were complaints of lapses in several locations across the country.
As the exercise drew to a close, many blamed INEC over uneven distribution of the Direct Data Capture (DDC) machines.
