TO tackle various development challenges facing the country, the Senate yesterday approved the request by President Goodluck Jonathan for 14 states and the Federal Government to borrow N204 billion from multilateral and bilateral sources.
The approval was part of the $3.702 billion outstanding 2010 external borrowing plans, which request has been pending at the National Assembly since early last year.
