A BLAST at the Norwegian government headquarters in Oslo yesterday claimed one life and injured several other persons. Among the offices affected was that of the prime minister.
But government spokeswoman, Camilla Ryste, assured that Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg was safe. There was no immediate word on the cause of the blast.
